asmenybės struktūra statusas T sritis švietimas apibrėžtis Biologinių ir psichologinių žmogaus savybių vienovė, apibūdinanti individą kaip aktyvią būtybę. Yra įvairių asmenybės struktūros modelių. Ugdymui parankus toks psichologinis asmenybės struktūros modelis: 1) aktyvumas (poreikiai, emocijos, žinojimas, valia, t. y. sąmonė ir savimonė); 2) gebėjimai (gabumai, intelektas, patirtis, t. y. žinios, įgūdžiai, mokėjimai); 3) būdas (temperamentas, charakteris); 4) motyvacija (veiklos ir bendravimo kryptingumas). Schemiškai pavaizduotą psichologinės asmenybės struktūrą žr. priede. Asmenybė yra nedaloma, todėl kiekvieną jos komponentą reikia tirti ar vertinti siejant su visais kitais.
